Luke completed the IB Diploma at Gyeonggi Academy of Foreign Languages before reading Politics and International Relations at University College London (UCL). He teaches IB History and Global Politics at IBtheTOP, where he helps students turn solid content knowledge into the sharp, argument-driven writing that examiners reward — the difference, in his words, between a 6 and a 7.
